I am now starting my 5th year of writing this blog yeah, I know, I can’t believe it either.I started blogging June 2, 2004, at the urging of David Pinto, the daddy of baseball bloggers and partly to give my poor Husband a break at having to have to pretend to listen to me talk about the Astros so I wouldn’t come down with too many headaches. replica Longines L2.155.0.57.2 Ladie's watch seemed to be the right time in my life, too, as Husband and Daddy had surprised and delighted me with season tickets (including All-Star Game tickets) and since the twins were only 2, we could take them in with us for free.

And with Roger, Andy, Roy, replica Longines L2.642.4.51.6 Men's watch, Carlos Beltran and Jeff Kent, I was absolutely POSITIVE that this was absolutely definitely positively going to be the year that the Astros FINALLY won the World Series and I wanted to write all about it, what I thought, what I experienced.Even after Dan F Miceli made sure that the Astros would not Go All The Way, somehow, I just kept writing.Tombstone Time 2005 popped up in the Chron right after I had been writing for about a year, and I was thinking it was time for me to pack it in, just like the Astros had, but they made an attitude adjustment, Berkman returned and suddenly the team just clicked and no matter how dumb Phil’s strategies were, the team kept winning and then I couldn’t quit neither.

And somehow, in spite of the Buzz Bissingers of the world really truly believing that I am mean spirited, ignerrint pile of expletive deleted who has no right to express her opinions in writing on the internet because I have no degree and am not employed by a news , I’ve kept on writing.I guess it’s the Barry Lamar in me.You know, the more that replica Longines L2.643.6.73.2 Men's watch people tell you you can’t/shouldn’t, the more determined you are to prove them wrong and not give in.Anyway, over the years, I have talked about some people to whom I am related, and started referring to baseball players with nicknames and used some terms I have made up, which have become in-jokes.
